On November 14th, 1987, 24 friends and brothers began a Boston University tradition comparable to no other when they founded the Mu-Psi Chapter of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity. In 2012, the Chapter celebrates a 25-year history of creating true gentlemen of the Star and Crescent at BU.
The current undergraduate brothers of Mu-Psi would like to extend an invitation to our distinguished alumni to join us the weekend of November 9th and 10th to celebrate 25 years of Mu-Psi.
We have finally got a set schedule for Mu-Psi’s 25th Anniversary Alumni weekend:
Friday, November 9th.
Pub Crawl 8:30:
Meet at the Dugout Starting at 8:30. At around 9:30 we will head west to hit up T’s Pub, Whitehorse, etc.
Saturday, November 10th.
Brother & Alumni football game 2pm @ Amory Park
25th Anniversary Banquet at Anthony’s Pier 4 at the Seaport 7:30-9:30:
Will include a 4 course meal with a choice of one of two main dishes. There will be a presentation on the past 25 years as well as some speakers.
Also, to clarify The banquet will be cocktail attire (Slacks, jacket, tie optional). Unlike the past few big anniversaries, the 25th banquet will not be like a formal but more of a sit-down event, although a bunch of brothers will be bringing their girlfriends. The banquet itself may actually run until about 10:30 pm. Afterwards brothers will have the option to explore the bars around the seaport area (A new area with a lot of new places to check out) or go downtown if you would like.

There are 2 options for the main course, either the roast sirloin strip of beef or the native Boston scrod. You must purchases one of the first two options (Listed as “Banquet Brother”), which includes a 25th anniversary Alumni weekend t-shirt. A design of the shirt is attached. If you are bringing any guests, you can choose one of the last 2 options (Listed as “Banquet Guest”).
Once you purchase a ticket your spot will be reserved. The deadline to purchase a ticket to ensure we will get the right amount of shirts is October 27th.
